🗝️ Activate your account

To use the Legit.Health platform and capture images of the patient's scalp, you first need to activate your account. You will only perform this action once.

Steps​

To activate your account, follow these steps:

1. Check your email​

You should have received an email titled "The administrator has created an account for you in Legit.Health". This email contains a button with a link to activate your account.

You must click on the button 'confirm email' to continue the process.

tip

This is the email that users from the site receive after being created by the site administrator. If you create a new practitioner account for someone in your team, they will also receive this email.

2. Set your password and accept T&C​

After clicking the link, you will be taken to a page where you can set your password.

The password should meet the following requirements:

  • Length of at least 8 characters
  • Contain an uppercase letter
  • Contain a lowercase letter
  • Contain a special symbol (* / & ! ? #)
  • Contain a number

Then, you must check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Now, click on the green button below to complete the process.

3. Log in​

Everything is ready! You can now log in to the platform using your email and password.

If you lose your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Reset password" link on the login page.
