Overview

In this study, we will monitor adverse effects related to hair thinning/loss. To monitor potential hair thinning/loss, we will take photos of the scalp of the patients using the Legit.Health mobile application.

More specifically, we will take photos of the 4 quadrants of the scalp (left, right, top, and back) for all patients at baseline and at additional subsequent visits as specified in the Study Protocols.

Then, we will use an AI algorithm to measure the percentage of hair thinning/loss in the patients according to the ASALT (Automatic Severity of Alopecia Tool).

Automatic Severity of Alopecia Tool (ASALT) Score

This AI algorhythm relies on Automatic Severity of Alopecia Tool (ASALT) score to monitor the hair thinning/loss of patients. The SALT score is a standardized method to assess the extent of potential hair loss in patients with alopecia.
